Blogs in the Classroom

I came across a great example of how to incorporate a blog into the classroom. This particular example is a blog that was created by a teacher to encourage student feedback after reading the book Sarah, Plain, and Tall by Patricia MacLachlan in class. The teacher has posted various discussion questions for her students, and her students posted comments under each of the questions listed. This is a wonderful idea for encouraging online book discussion. I think students would appreciate this unique way of assessment upon reading a book for class.
